Coach Zhang for boy's team

Dear parents, 

We learnt about Coach Zhang's departure not long ago. Our boys will still continue to train in BazGym. Currently, we have the other Coach Cheng Wen Kai training the boys on every session since last year, so there's not much problem in the regular training sessions. The only difference is that Coach Zhang is not around. 

The head coach, Mr Sng, will be personally involved in our competition boys teams, taking care of their routine choreography. Mr Sng will also be looking into finding another suitable coach if the need arises. We will try all ways to minimise disruption.

We would like to thank Coach Zhang for his past year's effort in training our boys and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

Dear Parents,

We will like to collate your child's particulars such as medical history and parents' email addresses. Please help to fill in the online form by 16 February, Sunday. The email address given should be the one that you regularly use.

We will also like you to take a photo of your child's student pass and send it to soh_bin_shin@nyps.edu.sg. In the event that your child is selected for competitions, we will need the information on the student pass to register your child. For new P1 members, you need not do so.

training on 29 Feb and 7 Mar at Bishan Sports Hall for competitors only

As the competition dates are drawing nearer, it's our practice to let competitors train at Bishan Sports Hall to get familiarised with the competition arena. Thus we will be training there on 28 Feb and 7 Mar (Fridays) from 2-5pm. The teacher-in-charge will be taking both boys and girls over to Bishan for training after school in a school bus. Parents can choose to collect your child from Bishan at 5pm or let your child follow the teacher back to King's Road Campus (KRC) and collect him/her from KRC at about 5.30pm.

The selection and arrangement of competitors into various school teams are in process now and the selected pupils will be informed via a letter in due time. Once the child has been informed to be representing our school as a competitor, he/she is expected to train during our March holidays.

Please note that ALL COMPETITORS should turn up on both days (28/2 and 7/3) for the familiarisation training at Bishan. Non-competitors will take a break on these 2 Fridays.
